What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email to track its status. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking link.
You can also track the status of your order from the "Order History" section of your account on our website.

Can I modify my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.
To make changes, please contact our customer service via the "Contact Us" form or the live chat box .

Do you accept returns?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes, we accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased from our online store

  • The item must not have been used

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team via the "Contact Us" form or the chat box. A member of our team will respond as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours , unless the wrong item was ordered.
If you no longer want your order, please email us within 72 hours. After this time, production will begin and we will be unable to cancel or refund the order.

How can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a text message with shipping details. You can track your package by clicking the link provided in that email.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can deliver it to another address upon request.
